Our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms.
Digital products — all sales are final
Because our products are digital files (PDFs) delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once purchased and downloaded. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on completed purchases.
Please choose carefully. Every product's exact contents, page count and details are listed on the shop page, and you can use our free calculator first — so you know precisely what you're getting before you buy.
When we will help
We want you to get exactly what you paid for. We will resolve these situations quickly — just contact us with your payment details:
- Charged but no download received (a technical error on our side) — we'll deliver your file, or refund that charge.
- Charged twice for the same order — we'll refund the duplicate charge.
- A failed or cancelled payment that still shows a deduction — this is refunded automatically by the payment provider, usually within 5–7 business days.
