We built Get Fit Jaldi because good fitness guidance shouldn't cost money or require a personal trainer. Just honest numbers and a plan you can actually follow.
Our mission
Most fitness advice online is either selling something or wildly overcomplicated. Our goal is simple: give anyone a free, personalized, science-backed starting point — calories, macros, and a training split — in under a minute, with no signup required to see your results.
How we calculate your plan
We don't guess. Your numbers come from established sports-science methods:
- BMR via the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — the formula dietitians consider most accurate.
- TDEE using standard activity multipliers.
- Protein set at 1.6–2.4 g/kg depending on your goal, in line with peer-reviewed research.
- Calories adjusted with a sensible surplus or deficit for your goal.
The same evidence-based approach runs through every guide we publish.
Editorial standards
Our content is written to be practical and honest. We call out fitness myths, avoid miracle claims, and update articles as the evidence changes. If we simplify something, we say so. Fitness is individual — our content is general education, not personal medical advice (see our disclaimer).
